- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Devising and establishing the company’s quality manual, procedures, standards specifications and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- B.Sc. Engineering, Any relevant professional certification
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
- Use of Microsoft Office
- 5 years’ work experience in similar role is required. Extended work hours, Interfacing with external customers, May require travel – local and international, Working under pressure, Working on site.
- Satisfactory physical / health status, following medical examinations.

- Implements Operational manuals, production plans and programs,Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities and machine size parts, Controls production process and production facilities and ensure that manufacturing activities are in compliance with the requirements of cGMP and all standard yields along production lines are maintained, Conducting of research on drug compounds and development of new medications based on research, Marketing and Promotion of new drugs to consumers, hospitals and doctors' offices.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
- Five (5) years production work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Functional knowledge of production lines (tablets, liquids & ointments) is an advantage
- Practical laboratory skills and familiarity with computers.
- Report-writing skills, for example, if you're working in a registration department.
- Must be computer literate.
- May require travel – local and international.
