Twentieth Century Fox - Los Angeles, CA
- Receive and sort mail and packages.
- Deliver mail and packages to the Fox Lot, Fox Plaza, FAB and FNG by foot and by Golf Cart.
- Answer telephones and in person inquires.
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to, ordering supplies, placing service calls for machines, filing and record keeping
- Prepare and meter registered, certified, insured, express, domestic, and international mail
- Cross train and support other areas of Admin Services as needed
- Ensure that all mail and packages are properly labeled for mailing with correct postage
- Sort, deliver and pick-up mail and packages according to established time frames and service standards
- Lifts, carries, pushes and pulls mail, packages, boxes, hand trucks, dollys and mail carts on a continuous and repetitive basis
- Compile data and submit monthly reports on postage usage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Maintain a working knowledge of U.S Postal Service regulations and rates
- Ability to operate PCs, handheld devices and mailing equipment (scales, meter machines, etc.)
- Basic math skills
- Must be a team player, with the ability to work well with others in a group environment
- Must be able to work overtime with short notice
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend as required to sort and deliver mail and packages
- Perform all duties in a professional, positive and customer service oriented manner
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be dependable/reliable person with excellent attendance record.
