We are currently seeking a smart & service oriented Travel Service Manager to be part of the travel team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for internal and external inquiries ensuring that all set standards and objectives are met promptly. The position requires experience and skill in management & business development, customer service, problem solving, and overall ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for internal and external inquiries ensuring that all set standards and objectives are met promptly. The position requires experience and skill in management & business development, customer service, problem solving, and overall ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities are outlined as follows:
- promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
- selling travel products and tour packages;
- To help maintain global business goals and priorities of the company;
- To put up a highly cerebral team that will assist in implementing all strategic plans of the company;
- Liaison with the designated travel company for special travel requests & plan implementations;
- Serve as a point of contact (internal and external) for travel concerns and issues & determine appropriate travel solution;
- To prepare and present meaningful metrics & reports that will improve the services of the company;
- Ensure all travel training & communication materials are up to date on the Travel intranet site;
- Assist internal employees with travel policies and procedures;
- Organize & coordinate meeting requests with internal & external parties;
- Monitor employee reimbursement process inclusive of managing systems and assisting ongoing processing;
