The EA will to provide support to the Group CEO with a hectic work and travel schedule hence requires a competent and experienced EA who can anticipate his every need which includes correspondence, diary control and management , email inbox management, arranging complex and ever changing travel requirements, writing reports, producing Excel spreadsheets, producing PowerPoint .
Applicant must always stay one step ahead and remain cool, calm and collected at all times ; a EA who is confident in their ability, autonomous and efficient.
The ideal candidate will be well presented and well spoken .Applicant must be a graduate of social sciences with at least 3-4 years EA experience working in a role that has variety and where the candidate has been able to show capability of juggling many different tasks .
