- Have attained O’ levels or an OND in a related discipline.
- Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office® suite.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be skilled in the use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
- Possess numeracy and literacy skills.
- Have 0-2 years’ experience.
- Be 25 years old or below.
- Be female.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
- Retrieve information when requested.
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
- Type documents, reports and correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Other duties that may be discussed during the recruitment process.
